YIN YOGA & DEEP REST

In this slow-paced, deep-stretch class, students explore sinking into shapes for 3 to 5 minutes while focusing on mindfulness and breathing practices designed to calm the mind and call awareness inward. Working in this way helps to release deeply-held tensions in the fascial network, deepen emotional awareness and stability, reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve overall sleep quality. All levels, bodies, and abilities are welcome.
